Full refurbishment of Central Plaza 1, Brisbane

 

The full refurbishment of Central Plaza 1 was lead by Xenia Constructions Pty Ltd. Our project was to complete a full commercial plumbing refurbishment of the 32 floor building including base building facilities, a full demolition of existing fixtures and fittings. This involved running all new waste and water lines for new fixture locations.

 

We delivered the plumbing and drainage project which cost SUB $1 million to the agreed timeline with zero variations or defects.

 

Bathroom upgrade at Ray White Head Office

 

Working with Inspired Built Pty Ltd, our team completed an upgrade on the existing Ray White Head Office building as for their existing tenancy. The project included the complete new installation of disabled, female and male bathrooms.

 

We completed the project on time, in line with client expectations with zero defects or variations required.

 

Destination Brisbane Head office

 

As part of the Queen’s Wharf Development Project, we worked with Xenia Constructions to fully refurbish the plumbing for the Destination Brisbane Head Office building.

 

We completed the project on time, without defects or variations required.

Visy Board’s new facilities project

 

Visy Board Carol Park engaged SEQ Plumbing Services through a A1 Interior’s lead project. Our challenge was to repurpose existing space to allow for more storage and the addition of new facilities to building.

 

Plumbing services were upgraded and installed, completing the project to time with zero defects or variations required.

Our client required a complete hydraulic package for 6 townhouses at Vulture Street in West End, Queensland. This included the redirection of existing plumbing and the combination of drain and civil works.
