SEQ Plumbing handles the full hydraulic scope on ground-up construction projects — from pre-construction hydraulic design and estimating through to installation, testing, and handover documentation. We work alongside head contractors, developers, and hydraulic consultants to keep projects moving.

Our team is structured for commercial scale. That means dedicated site supervisors, coordinated trade scheduling, and systems that ensure nothing slips through the cracks on complex, multi-stage projects.

New Build Capability

We self-perform all hydraulic trades on new build projects — no subcontracting the critical work. Our in-house team covers everything from design coordination through to final commissioning sign-off.

Hydraulic Design & Documentation
In-house hydraulic design coordination, BOQ preparation, and pre-construction documentation. We work directly with hydraulic engineers to ensure constructability from day one.

Cold & Hot Water Systems
Domestic and commercial potable water systems designed for reliability, pressure compliance, and long-term performance across multi-level structures.

Sanitary & Drainage
Above and below ground sanitary drainage, stormwater, and sewer connections — coordinated with civil works and structural requirements.

Gas Reticulation
Natural gas and LPG reticulation systems for residential and commercial developments, installed to AS/NZS standards with full pressure testing.

Fire Hydrant & Hose Reel
Fire hydrant boosters, hose reel systems, and associated hydraulic infrastructure — installed in coordination with fire system engineers.

Roofing & Stormwater
Roof drainage, overflow systems, and stormwater infrastructure for commercial and multi-residential structures.

Mechanical Services Interface
Coordination with mechanical engineers for hydraulic tie-ins to HVAC, plant rooms, and building services infrastructure.

Commissioning & Handover
Full system testing, commissioning documentation, as-built drawings, and defect resolution — everything required for a clean handover to the client.

Tender & Estimation
In-house estimating team reviews drawings, prepares detailed BOQs, and provides competitive fixed-price tenders with full scope transparency.

Pre-Construction
Design coordination, procurement scheduling, SWMS preparation, and pre-start meetings to align the hydraulic program with the head contract schedule.

Rough-In & Installation
Structured rough-in program with dedicated site supervision. Progress reporting, RFI management, and variation tracking throughout.

Fit-Off & Testing
Fixtures, fittings, and appliance connections. Full pressure testing and compliance checks ahead of commissioning.

Commissioning & Close-Out
System commissioning, as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and final defect resolution for a clean practical completion.
